Payment
PayPal payments are preferred. Payment is expected within 7 days of purchase. If payment has not been received within this time frame, the sale will be cancelled.
Cash payment is accepted for local pick up orders only. Please contact me if you would prefer this method of payment.
Shipping
I ship worldwide using Canada Post. Please allow up to 7 business days after payment is received for your package to arrive for Canadian purchases. If you would like Priority shipping, we can send you a revised PayPal invoice for the extra cost. Please contact us if you need to discuss any other shipping options such as insurance on your item.
We will ship to your PayPal address, unless you advise differently. If this is a gift, please let us know the address to ship to and if you would like us to include a message to the recipient.
Your purchase will be carefully packaged and ready for giving as a gift (or as a gift to yourself!).
Parcels shipped from Canada to the U.S take from 2 to 4 weeks, as it must go through Customs, and international shipping, as long as 9 weeks.
Packaging is done with care to ensure safe arrival of the order.
Any import fees, duties and taxes incurred as a result of international purchases are the responsibiltiy of the buyer.
Our current shipping times are 3-4 days from time of payment.
Local orders can contact me about organizing a pick-up time.
Refunds and Exchanges
All sales are final, but please contact us if you are not satisfied with your purchase. A request for a return will be handled on a case by case basis and must be returned in original condition and within 10 days. Shipping charges cannot be refunded.
